Banana Coconut Cream Bites

Banana Coconut Cream Bites - the simple flavors of the banana, coconut and whipped cream combine to create an impressive little dessert!

Spring has sprung! I hope that the weather has started to warm up and the flowers have started to bloom where you are too. I love spring for many reasons – the weather, the pretty spring colors and the beautiful little spring desserts. Banana Coconut Cream Bites are the perfect no-bake spring dessert. The simple flavors of the banana, coconut and whipped cream combined to create a little dessert that is really impressive. And because they are single serving, they make the ideal dessert to serve at a baby shower, bridal shower, luncheon or holiday event.

These look SO delicious, Ashley! I love bananas and coconut separately, so combined is even better. These are so pop-able, which means I would be in big trouble. 🙂

These are so perfectly adorable and bite-sized! I often struggle with desserts for parties and holidays because people tend to like things they can pick up and walk around with, and layer cakes/pies are not super conducive lol. But I could see these being a huge hit!

  18. Kelly
