One of my most popular recipes is my No Bake Mini Cheesecakes with Raspberry Sauce. Not only are they perfect for Valentine’s Day but they are also one of my personal favorite desserts to enjoy throughout the year. This year, I wanted to create something just as delicious, fun and easy. For those of you who have been craving something sweet, today I am bringing you these double dark chocolate cookie cups.

We all need a little chocolate in our lives. They look like pretty little cupcakes but they are actually cookie cups topped with dark chocolate buttercream frosting!
