Spring is my favorite time of the year to receive Stitch Fix! I love all of the fun spring colors and pieces. The warmer weather also means more dresses, shorts and sleeveless blouses. Now that Stitch Fix offers maternity and petite clothing, there are options for everyone. Read on to see what I kept this month in my Stitch Fix review April 2015.
WHAT IS STITCH FIX?
Stitch Fix reminds me of the personal stylists that they have at Nordstrom or similar stores, except I’ll never actually meet my stylist and all of the items are shipped directly to my door. When you sign up, they ask you to fill out a style profile, where you specify sizes, price ranges, shapes, styles and any colors or patterns that you prefer. You pick a date that you want your fix shipped and they send you a box of 5 clothing and accessory items hand-picked based on your style profile. You can schedule one delivery or sign up for automatic monthly deliveries. You pay a $20 styling fee for each box, which also includes delivery. The $20 styling fee is applied as a credit towards anything you keep from your box. If you purchase everything in your box, you receive 25% off the entire purchase.

MY NINETEENTH STITCH FIX
So here is my 19th Stitch Fix box:
(1) BRIXON IVY Nickole Sleeveless Lace Fit & Flare Dress – $78
Even though I sent back the Pixley dress that everyone loved in my last fix, I told my stylist to keep sending dresses. I am so glad to see that two more dresses arrived this month. The first dress is this beautiful BRIXON IVY lace dress. The color is a beautiful coral. The fit, length and style are perfect.
(2) Dear John Finnegan Roll Cuff Chino Short – $48
I actually received these shorts in another color in a previous fix. They were a little too small last time, but my stylist sent me a different color and size this month. I love these shorts. They are comfortable, fun and the color is beautiful. The print is a subtle pink stripe. I paired the shorts with the Market and Spruce Chambray shirt I received in a previous fix.
(3) Skies are Blue Roselle Maxi Dress – $78
I love maxi dresses and am always excited to see them in my fix. The print on this dress is pretty, the flounce detail is fun and it fits me well. I’m not quite sure what it is about this dress, but I’m not in love with it. Perhaps it’s the prospect of what type of maxi dresses I will receive in my fix next month.
(4) Daniel Rainn Eliza Crochet Shoulder Blouse – $68
The color is a beautiful baby blue with poka dot fabric. The crochet detail on the sleeves makes it feminine and fun. The fabric is light and comfortable so it is perfect for summer.
(5) Fate Parson Beaded Neckline Blouse – $54
I love tops with subtle detail. The beaded neckline detail makes this otherwise basic blouse fun and unique. I love the roll cuff sleeve detail and the fit is perfect.
WHAT DO YOU THINK?
The winners from this box were #1 (BRIXON IVY Nickole Sleeveless Lace Fit & Flare Dress), #2 (Dear John Finnegan Roll Cuff Chino Short) and #5 (Fate Parson Beaded Neckline Blouse). I love maxi dresses because they are comfortable and perfect for spring but I wasn’t in love with the one they sent. Perhaps I am waiting to see what the send me next month. Overall, my stylist at Stitch Fix chose pieces that are perfect for spring. I can’t wait to see what I receive in my next fix!
