It is the first day of June so I decided to start the month off with a brand new Stitch Fix review. I always get excited when my Stitch Fix box arrives. This month I was even more excited when I opened up my box and found beautiful pieces and colors perfect for summer. Read on to see what I kept this month in my Stitch Fix review June 2015.
WHAT IS STITCH FIX?
Stitch Fix reminds me of the personal stylists that they have at Nordstrom or similar stores, except I’ll never actually meet my stylist and all of the items are shipped directly to my door. When you sign up, they ask you to fill out a style profile, where you specify sizes, price ranges, shapes, styles and any colors or patterns that you prefer. You pick a date that you want your fix shipped and they send you a box of 5 clothing and accessory items hand-picked based on your style profile. You can schedule one delivery or sign up for automatic monthly deliveries. You pay a $20 styling fee for each box, which also includes delivery. The $20 styling fee is applied as a credit towards anything you keep from your box. If you purchase everything in your box, you receive 25% off the entire purchase.

MY TWENTY-FIRST STITCH FIX
So here is my 21st Stitch Fix box:
(1) Skies are Blue Harley Lace Detail Top – $48
I love the color and texture of this blouse! It is a beautiful color for summer and is light and comfortable. I can see myself wearing it with denim shorts for a casual look or white skinny jeans and sandals for a dinner date.
(2) Dear John Lillie Short – $58
I’ll be honest. I am not usually a fan of rolled shorts. I’m not sure why, but I never think that they look very good on me. However, I love these shorts. They are really comfortable and great quality. As a Florida girl, I am always looking for cute casual clothes for our hot summers.
(3) Pixley Jakobe Maxi Dress
I actually have the same style dress in a different print and color that I received in a previous fix. The fabric is very comfortable and perfect for summer. I love the pattern and colors and can’t wait to wear the dress.
(4) Pixley Nelda Halter Blouse
I noticed that I am a lot more selective when it comes to blouses. The colors and print on this blouse are very pretty, however I am not crazy about the neckline or length of this blouse.
(5) Bay to Baubles Cypress Fanned Stone Necklace
I really wanted to like this piece because I love necklaces. The color is pretty and I tried it on with the halter blouse as my stylist suggested. I like the necklace, I am just not sure I love it. It is a great statement piece but I don’t think I would wear it very often.
WHAT DO YOU THINK?
The winners from this box were #1 (Skies are Blue Harley Lace Detail Top), #2 (Dear John Lillie Short) and #3 (Pixley Jakobe Maxi Dress). Overall, I loved the pieces in this fix. Coral and fuchsia are a few of my favorite colors for summer so I was happy to see that my stylist sent me some beautiful pieces. My stylist at Stitch Fix chose pieces that are perfect for summer and I can’t wait to see what I receive in my next fix!
