Happy Monday! I hope that you enjoyed the weekend. I spent much of the weekend preparing meals and snacks to last throughout the week. This time of the year, I have a busy schedule and need to plan quick meals for the week. And because I am always snacking, I made a batch of these No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Granola Bars.
I love having a batch of these granola bars on hand. These bars have a double dose of peanut flavor with a hint of chocolate. I usually make a double batch and they end up lasting over a week when stored in the refrigerator.
