Sundried Tomato Whipped Goat Cheese is perfect for serving with pita chips and veggies or even spreading on a sandwich!
The idea for this recipe started when I was thinking of creating a flavorful spread to add to a summer vegetable sandwich. I was originally going to add goat cheese and sundried tomatoes to my sandwich, but then thought it might be better if I incorporate the two ingredients into a spread. I am so glad that I did, because this sundried tomato whipped goat cheese is so good, it barely lasted long enough to make it onto a sandwich.
Have you ever tried whipped goat cheese? If not, just imagine goat cheese combined with some of your favorite flavors and whipped until light and fluffy. Ready in less than 10 minutes, whipped goat cheese is also the perfect appetizer.
I seriously want to spread this on everything. Grilled summer squash sandwiches, pita chips and even my morning bagel. Because I am obsessed with pita chips, I just spread this sundried tomato whipped goat cheese over the chips and enjoy the salty flavor and creamy consistency paired with the crunchy chips. I actually used smoked sun dried tomatoes the last time I made this because they were all that I had in my pantry. I really loved the subtle smoky flavor.
Only a few ingredients creates a flavorful and fresh appetizer or spread that pairs well with many flavor combinations. Go ahead, whip some goat cheese and enjoy a flavorful spread!

This sounds delicious, although I do like my goat cheese plain, too. The best goat cheese I’ve ever had is one I get from Costco in the fall. A log covered with cranberries and cinnamon… that flavor is to die for good. I’m hoping I can find an excuse to make this. 🙂
What a great recipe, Ashley! The possibilities of this cheese are endless…I think I might end up eating it with my spoon! 🙂 Love how easy this recipe is, too. Pinned!
I love goat cheese! Can’t wait to make this. It sounds so good!
WOW! Everything is better with goat cheese…especially when it’s whipped 🙂 I could eat this on everything!
goat cheese is one of my absolute favorite things right now!! I’m definitely pinning this recipe for later!
