Clean Eating Meal Plan
The printable meal plans feature five easy weeknight meals each week. We include a mix of recipes throughout the week so you won’t get bored with the same type of meal during the week. We feature some of our most popular clean eating recipes like our Lemon Garlic Butter Chicken Thighs, Creamy Mushroom and Spinach Pasta, One Pan Chicken Sausage with Roasted Vegetables, Taco Pizza and more! Receive a completely new meal plan each week with new recipes. That’s over twenty different recipes each month! The meals are tried, tested and loved by many. Meal Plan Template
The weekly meal plan offers full recipes, details and instructions. Each recipe page features one recipe with an individual shopping list for the recipe. In addition, the healthy weekly meal plan includes nutritional information, substitutions, meal prep tips, side dish suggestions and more. Different types of meals are featured throughout the week to offer variety in texture and flavor. The meal include few ingredients or easy to find ingredients, when possible. Vegan, vegetarian and gluten free suggestions are included, where appropriate. Each page also includes the link to the recipe on our site. Bookmark the recipe for future reference or read reviews from people who tried it. The weeknight recipes are easy. Many featured recipes are ready in 35 minutes or less!
In addition to five complete dinner recipes, the healthy weekly meal plan also includes at least five breakfast ideas, five lunch ideas and an assortment of snack ideas. Meal Plan Shopping List
In addition to providing individual shopping lists for each of the recipes, the meal plan includes one large weekly shopping list. The shopping list features ingredients by type of ingredient or section of the store to make shopping easy. Print the shopping list, shop for ingredients and enjoy an easy weeknight meal plan.
