  1. Very good recipe, thank you! Too much pasta for me, so next time I’ll cut back to maybe 1.5 cups. Will also need to stir the mix about halfway through the 22 minutes on the stove, as not all of the pasta was cooked thoroughly.

  2. I absolutely LOVED this dish! I made it with spagetti and regular kale (thats all I had in my kitchen) and it turned out absolutely delicious! I’ll definitely make this again.

  3. I never even knew baby kale existed. Can’t wait to try it!

  4. That is such a smart idea to plan one one-pot meal each week Ashley! I should totally do that! My life needs to be less complicated 🙂 This lemony one looks like the perfect place to start!

  5. this recipe sounds soooo good – but you cook the pasta in the water/chicken broth for over 22 mins? most of my pasta cooks in 10 mins or less when added to boiling water…so does it not get overcooked?

    • Yes, the directions are correct. The pasta is cooked longer because this is a one pot meal where everything is cooked in one pot. You do not boil the noodles separately.
