Ingredients 

  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
  • 1 (1 1/2 pound) cod fish fillet, cut into 5-6 equal pieces
