Pineapple Peach Mojito is a refreshing drink made with fresh pineapple juice, peaches, mint, and more! Cool down on a hot summer day by enjoying this easy, flavorful and delicious cocktail!
The hottest days of summer are here. I don’t know about you, but there are two things I actively try to do all summer – stay cool and keep my garden alive. Staying cool is easy. I grab myself a refreshing Pineapple Peach Mojito and relax by a pool or beach. Keeping my garden alive is more difficult. In Florida, it heats up quickly and most of my spring plants and vegetables wilt by July. My peppers, eggplant, and basil flourish, but the other plants I actively monitor to make sure they don’t succumb to the heat or receive too much or too little water.
A few weeks ago I discovered the new easy-to-use Edyn garden sensor. Because I lack a green thumb and need all the help I can get when it comes to gardening, I love having a sensor that monitors the conditions in my garden, including light, humidity, nutrition and moisture. Best of all, it connects to an app on my phone and transmits data via Wi-Fi. The sensor has a lot of great features, including tailored suggestions to maximize the plant health and growing conditions. The app provides a garden and plant profile and timeline of your garden. The Edyn garden sensor is available nationwide in the U.S. To learn more visit Edyn.com.
With a robust herb garden that flourishes in the summer when conditions are right, I always have plenty of mint, rosemary, thyme and more. One of my favorite ways to use the mint is a flavorful and refreshing mojito. Today, I combined some of my favorite seasonal fruit with fresh mint to create the perfect drink to cool you down this summer.
Grab your family and friends, make these fresh and flavorful Pineapple Peach Mojitos and enjoy the hot days of summer. Cheers!
