I secretly love when people tell me that they don’t like pumpkin, even when they have never even tried it. More for me. And who wouldn’t want more of these delectably soft and gooey pumpkin blondies. If you are a pumpkin lover, and even if you don’t usually eat pumpkin but love blondies, you will love these bars. While you are at it, make a batch of these pumpkin chocolate chip cookies, no bake mini pumpkin cheesecakes and chocolate pumpkin fudge.
