Can you believe that this is my 20th Stitch Fix box and review? Every single time I look in my closet I see fun Stitch Fix pieces and still look forward to adding more each month. Spring and summer is my favorite time to receive Stitch Fix pieces because I love all of the fun colors and styles. Read on to see what I kept this month in my Stitch Fix review May 2015.
WHAT IS STITCH FIX?
Stitch Fix reminds me of the personal stylists that they have at Nordstrom or similar stores, except I’ll never actually meet my stylist and all of the items are shipped directly to my door. When you sign up, they ask you to fill out a style profile, where you specify sizes, price ranges, shapes, styles and any colors or patterns that you prefer. You pick a date that you want your fix shipped and they send you a box of 5 clothing and accessory items hand-picked based on your style profile. You can schedule one delivery or sign up for automatic monthly deliveries. You pay a $20 styling fee for each box, which also includes delivery. The $20 styling fee is applied as a credit towards anything you keep from your box. If you purchase everything in your box, you receive 25% off the entire purchase.

MY TWENTIETH STITCH FIX
So here is my 20th Stitch Fix box:
(1) Collective Concepts Pamela V-Neck Blouse – $58
I really love Collective Concepts pieces and am always excited when I receive one in my fix. Even though this blouse is very similar to one I already own from Stitch Fix, I decided to keep it. The color, print and style is perfect for summer.
(2) Kensie Rebekah Contrast Detail Blazer – $88
Blazers are very hit or miss. I kept a blazer that I received in one of my first Stitch Fix boxes, but haven’t really found one I like since then. I love when blazers are fitted, but this one is a little loose around the waist. The color is great for summer and the blazer is high quality.
(3) BRIXON IVY Nala Crew Neck Blouse – $64
This blouse is beautiful and feminine just like I love. Despite the fun detail, it is a little plain and basic and I don’t really see it fitting well in my wardrobe.
(4) Papermoon Charissa Skirt – $58
At first, I wasn’t sure I was going to like this skirt. I absolutely love the color. It is gorgeous and one of my favorites. But I have never worn a knee length pleated skirt so I wasn’t sure if I would like this one. I was really surprised how much I actually loved this skirt once I tried it on.
(5) BRIXON IVY Lex Textured Floral Knit Fit & Flare Dress – $74
Stitch Fix has some of the most beautiful dresses. I can’t even count how many Stitch Fix dresses I have in my closet. While I really love the pattern, fit and style of this dress, I’m not crazy about the color. If I had a nice tan, it would probably look great, but because I am still as white as a ghost, I don’t think the color looks that great one me.
WHAT DO YOU THINK?
The winners from this box were #1 (Collective Concepts Pamela V-Neck Blouse) and #4 (Papermoon Charissa Skirt). Overall, I really liked all of the pieces from this fix, but wasn’t completely in love with the dress or blouse. The blazer was great, but the fit wasn’t quite right. My stylist at Stitch Fix chose pieces that are perfect for spring and I can’t wait to see what I receive in my next fix!
