Ham and Spinach

This easy Ham and Spinach Frittata is a great low carb choice for breakfast or brunch. It’s made with cheese and comes together in one pan in less than 30 minutes!

Ingredients

1. Beat the eggs with the milk. 2. Add the shallot, garlic and baby        spinach to a 10-inch nonstick skillet. 3. Saute until the spinach is wilted. 4. Add the ham and cheese. 5. Pour in the eggs. 6. Bake!

WHAT IS A FRITTATA?

A frittata is like a crustless quiche or omelet. They are naturally low carb and gluten free. They are made from a base of eggs and milk. You can add any of your favorite fillings such as ham, bacon, spinach, mushrooms and more. All of the ingredients are mixed together and then poured into a pan for baking.
