Fruit and Yogurt Parfait

This easy Greek yogurt parfait is made with your choice of fruit to create an easy breakfast or snack.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Greek yogurt
  • ΒΌ cup honey
  • 1/2 cup chopped mango
  • 1/2 cup chopped kiwi
  • 1/2 cup chopped pineapple
  • 1/2 cup chopped banana
  • 1 1/2 cups granola or shredded toasted coconut

Instructions

  • Combine the yogurt and the honey in a small bowl. Whisk to blend thoroughly.
  • Using four 16-ounce glasses, divide the yogurt-honey mixture between each glass. Divide the fruit evenly between the glasses. Then spoon granola or shredded coconut on top of the fruit.
  • Serve immediately.
