Spinach and Garlic Stuffed Mushrooms are made with only a few simple ingredients and bake in less than 20 minutes! This easy appetizer is perfect for dinner parties and holiday events.
3/4cupshredded cheddar cheeseplus extra for topping
4clovesgarlicminced
1/8teaspoonsalt
20 to 30baby bella mushroomswashed and stemmed
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a medium bowl, combine spinach blend, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic and salt. Mix well.
Stuff filling into the mushrooms, about 1 teaspoon of filling depending on the size of the mushrooms. Sprinkle with additional cheddar cheese, as desired.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the mushrooms are soft and the cheese is melted. Remove from the oven, cool slightly and serve. Enjoy!
