Orange Peel Edamame is a fun snack, appetizer or side dish made with only three ingredients!

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt
  • 1 orange
  • 2 cups frozen or fresh edamame in pods
  • 6 cups water

Instructions

  • To make the orange salt, combine the salt and one tablespoon fresh zest from orange. Let sit on the counter for at least 8 hours to dry.
  • To make the edamame, in a large sauce pan over high heat, bring water to a boil. Add edamame and cook for 5 to 7 minutes until edamame is tender. Drain well, squeeze a small amount of fresh orange juice over the pods and toss with orange salt. Serve immediately and enjoy!
