Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly spray a 15-inch jelly rollpan with baking spray and set aside.
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
In a separate large bowl, cream butter and sugar until smooth, 2 to 3minutes. Beat in the eggs one at a time, mixing well between each. Add yogurt and vanilla, stirring until combined.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until blended.
Fold in the mashed banana until just combined.
Transfer to the prepared baking pan. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow the bars to cool in the pan on a wire rack.
Make the Cream Cheese Frosting
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until well combined and fluffy, about 3 minutes.
Add powdered sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon (if using), blending until smooth. Add heavy cream and beat another 2 minutes until fluffy.
Frost bars, slice into squares, and serve.
Notes
You can also cut the bars into 16 servings instead of 12.
