Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless pork chops (about 4)
  • Salt and pepper
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh sage minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary minced

Instructions

  • Pat the pork chops dry with a paper towel and season each side with salt and pepper.
  • In a small mixing bowl, combine the rest of the ingredients (olive oil, garlic, parsley, and sage) and whisk together.
  • Drizzle marinade over the pork chops and then rub into the meat. Transfer to an airtight container and place in the fridge to marinate for 30 minutes.
  • While the meat is marinating, pre-heat the grill to high heat. The grill temperature should reach 400 degrees Fahrenheit before you put the pork chops on.
  • Grill the pork chops on high heat for 10-12 minutes, or until they register 145 degrees Fahrenheit on an instant read thermometer. Make sure to flip the pork chops half way through cooking.
  • Serve with sides of your choice and enjoy!

Notes

Storing: Cooked and cooled pork chops can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days before reheating and serving.
Freezing: To freeze cooked pork chops, wrap each piece in aluminum foil, then add to a freezer-safe bag or airtight container for up to 3-4 months. Let thaw in the fridge overnight before reheating and serving.
