Mango sorbet is an easy recipe made with real mangos! Cool down with a double scoop of this fresh and flavorful sorbet made with only five ingredients.
In a blender or food processor, combine the mango, sugar, water, lime juice, rum and salt. Puree the mixture until smooth. Chill mixture thoroughly in the refrigerator. Freeze in an ice cream maker according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

StorageTo properly store mango sorbet, transfer it to an airtight container and store it in the freezer for up to two months. When ready to eat, let the sorbet soften on the counter for about 15 minutes before scooping and serving.
