Berry Fruit Salad

This triple berry salad is made with strawberries, blueberries, blackberries and a simple honey-mint lemon glaze!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey or agave

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the honey and lemon juice. Add the strawberries, blackberries and blueberries. Mix well. Garnish with mint leaves and serve immediately or refrigerate.

  • Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
