Mango, blackberry and feta bites are a fresh and easy appetizer to serve at your next dinner party! Simple flavors combine to create a refreshing summer appetizer!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 12 large blackberries
  • 1 mango diced into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 7 ounce package feta, cubed

Instructions

  • To prepare the balsamic reduction, in a small saucepan over medium-high heat, bring balsamic vinegar to a simmer. Reduce heat to medium-low, and simmer until the vinegar has reduced to 1/4 cup, about 20 minutes. Set aside and let cool.
  • Arrange blackberry, mango and feta on skewers. Drizzle with balsamic reduction and serve.
