Citrus Smoothie

This refreshing pineapple, orange and mango smoothie is packed with flavor!

Ingredients

  • 1 orange peeled, seeded and quartered
  • 1/2 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 date
  • handful of ice to taste
  • coconut flakes for topping

Instructions

  • Combine orange, pineapple, mango, date and ice in a blender. Blend on high until smooth. Sprinkle with coconut flakes and serve.

Notes

Storing: Leftover smoothies will unfortunately melt, therefore it’s best to make exactly what you need or freeze using the instructions below. 
Freezing: Leftover smoothie can be poured into popsicle molds or an ice cube tray for later use. Use the ice cubes to flavor water or juice while keeping it nice and cool.
