Superfood Double Chocolate Muffins are packed with leafy greens, banana, chocolate and Greek yogurt! You will never know that two heaping cups of greens are hidden in these chocolate muffins.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a muffin pan with liners. Set aside.
In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
In a blender, add bananas, supergreens, Greek yogurt, milk, peanut butter and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
Pour the blended mixture into the bowl with the dry ingredients. Add egg and mix until incorporated. Stir in the chocolate chips.
Divide the batter among the muffin cups, filling each about 3/4 full. Bake for 20 to 22 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into the center. Enjoy!
