1tablespoonalmond butter
1tablespoonhoneyuse more if you like it sweeter
1/2teaspooncinnamon
1/2teaspoonvanilla extract
pinchof nutmeg
Fresh peach slices, granola, and toasted sliced almond for toppings
Instructions
In a blender add all of the ingredients except the toppings and blend until smooth.
Pour the smoothie into a bowl and top with fresh peach slices, granola, and toasted almond slices.
Notes
Storing: This smoothie bowl is best served immediately as the ingredients can start to separate over time.Freezing: You can freeze the smoothie mixture prior to adding toppings for up to two months using ice cube trays. When ready to enjoy, add the cubes to a blender with milk and blend until smooth and creamy.
