HEALTHY TURKEY CHILI

 Ingredients You Need

 Step 1 

Cook the turkey, garlic, onion, and green bell pepper in a large pan over medium heat.

 Step 2 

Add the tomato paste, chili powder, brown sugar, cumin, dried oregano, salt, pepper and bay leaves. Cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Stir in wine, tomatoes and kidney beans.

 Step 3 

Cover and simmer for 45 minutes. Then, uncover and cook for 30 additional minutes.
