Easy Party Dip is a delicious 7 layer dip made with black beans, tomatoes, avocado cream, bacon and more! This dip is the perfect appetizer for summer parties, holiday parties or game day.

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado halved, seeded, and peeled
  • 1 cup Stonyfield Greek yogurt
  • 1 can of black beans rinsed and drained
  • ½ cup diced red onion
  • 1 cup cherry or grape tomatoes diced
  • ¾ cup thawed frozen or fresh sweet corn
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 4 ounces bacon cooked and diced

Instructions

  • In a food processor, pulse avocado and Greek yogurt together until well blended and smooth.
  • In an 8 or 9-inch round glass baking dish layer the avocado Greek yogurt, black beans, onion, tomatoes, corn, feta cheese, and bacon. Serve with tortilla chips.

Notes

*You can prep the ingredients ahead of time and then layer just prior to serving, or you can prepare dip and refrigerate up to two hours before serving.
