Combine a few simple ingredients together in a food processor to create this flavor packed Super Green Whipped Goat Cheese. Use it as a dip for fresh vegetables or spread it on your favorite sandwich and more!

Ingredients

  • 11 ounces goat cheese
  • 3 tablespoons whipped cream cheese
  • 3 ounces organicgirl SUPER SPINACH*
  • 2 garlic cloves minced**
  • salt and pepper
  • pita chips or fresh vegetables for serving

Instructions

  • Combine goat cheese, cream cheese, greens and garlic in a food processor. Whip for 1 to 2 minutes until smooth. Taste and season with salt and pepper as desired. Serve immediately with pita chips and fresh vegetables or store in an airtight container for up to 4 days.

Notes

*Use any of your favorite organicgirl blends in this recipe.
**You can use one clove of garlic instead of two if you prefer less garlic flavor.
