Ingredients
1poundcod filetsfresh or frozen then thawed
1/4teaspoonsea salt flakes
1/4teaspoonfresh ground black pepper
2tablespoonsunsalted butter
1teaspoonfresh dill
1teaspoonfresh lemon zest
1tablespoonsfresh lemon juice
1lemonsliced
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 375 degrees.
Pat filets dry with a paper towel, then salt and pepper both sides of each filet.
Add butter to a small, shallow bowl and melt, then add dill and zest. Stir to combine.
Prepare air fryer basket with parchment paper liner.
Dip each filet into the butter mixture and coat on both sides, then place in air fryer basket leaving room between each filet.
Drizzle lemon juice over the top, place a lemon slice on top of each filet.
Cook for 15 minutes or until thickest part of filet reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit on an instant read thermometer.

You can double this recipe to serve 4 people.STORAGEThis fish is best eaten fresh, but you can store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat prior to serving. BAKING INSTRUCTIONSIf you do not have an air fryer, you can bake in a baking dish in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Cook until the internal temperature of the fish reads 145 degrees on an instant read thermometer.
