Air Fryer Turkey Meatballs

These easy Air Fryer Turkey Meatballs come together with only four ingredients in 20 minutes! Serve with your favorite side dish or with some tomato sauce and pasta for a complete meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs Regular or Italian
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  • Mix all of the ingredients in a large bowl with a spoon or fork.
  • Use a cookie scoop or 2 tablespoons to create about 14 meatballs.
  • Spray the grate of your air fryer with preferred spray oil or wipe the air fryer basket with oil. 
  • Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 8 minutes, flipping halfway through. The meatballs are ready to eat once they reach an internal temperature of 165F.
  • Top with freshly chopped parsley or more grated cheese and serve over pasta or in a sub roll with marinara sauce.

Notes

STORAGE
Refrigerator: Store cooked meatballs in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
Freezer: Place cooled meatballs on a baking sheet to freeze, then transfer to a freezer bag for up to 3 months.
Reheating: Thaw frozen meatballs overnight in the refrigerator and reheat in the air fryer, oven, or slow cooker for best results.
