Ingredients
1poundground turkey
1cupbreadcrumbsRegular or Italian
1/2cupgrated Parmesan cheese
1largeegg
1teaspoonsalt
Olive oil spray
Instructions
Mix all of the ingredients in a large bowl with a spoon or fork.
Use a cookie scoop or 2 tablespoons to create about 14 meatballs.
Spray the grate of your air fryer with preferred spray oil or wipe the air fryer basket with oil.
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 8 minutes, flipping halfway through. The meatballs are ready to eat once they reach an internal temperature of 165F.
Top with freshly chopped parsley or more grated cheese and serve over pasta or in a sub roll with marinara sauce.
