Pan Fried Pineapple
A delicious pineapple treat that is prepared in less than 10 minutes. Serve it sweet or savory!

Ingredients

pineapple
cored
1/4
cup
light brown sugar
1
teaspoon
cinnamon

tablespoons
unsalted butter
Instructions
Cut the pineapple into bite-sized pieces. (See video below for how to cut the pineapple.)
In a large bowl, mix together the pineapple, brown sugar and cinnamon.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the butter.
Once the butter is melted, add the pineapple pieces in a single layer and fry for 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
Serve as a side dish or with vanilla ice cream.
