Ingredients

  • 3 cups crisp white wine
  • 1 cup peach schnapps
  • 2 white peaches sliced or cubed
  • Soda water (optional)

Instructions

  • Combine the white wine, peach schnapps, and chopped peaches in a large pitcher. Stir to combine and place it in the fridge to chill for at least one hour.
  • Top with soda water, if desired, before serving.

Notes

  • Pick the right wine: Choose a crisp white wine like Riesling, Pinot Grigio, or Sauvignon Blanc. These wines are fruity, light, and perfectly complement the sweet peaches and peach schnapps.
  • Use soda water to lighten: Soda water is a great option if you want to take the edge off and create a lighter, more refreshing drink.
  • Add bubbles for more fun: If you're looking to dial up the alcohol and add extra sparkle, swap the soda water for prosecco or champagne.
  • Mix in more fruit: Swap in any summer fruit like strawberries, blueberries, or green grapes for even more color and flavor.
  • Store properly: Keep sangria in the fridge for up to 2 days in an airtight container.
