Fruit and Yogurt Parfait

This easy Greek yogurt parfait is made with your choice of fruit to create an easy breakfast or snack.
Combine the yogurt and the honey in a small bowl. Whisk to blend thoroughly.
Using four 16-ounce glasses, divide the yogurt-honey mixture between each glass. Divide the fruit evenly between the glasses. Then spoon granola or shredded coconut on top of the fruit.
Other fruit combinations:
- Blackberries and Nectarines or Peaches
- Strawberries, Blueberries and Raspberries
- Pomegranate seeds and dark chocolate chunks
