Disney Springs at Walt Disney World is one of the best places to grab dinner, drinks and even dessert. Explore eight of my favorite Sweet Spots at Disney Springs including Amorette's Patisserie, Ghirardelli Ice Cream and Chocolate Shop and more!

Disney Springs is one of my favorite things about Walt Disney World. It is always our first and last stop when visiting. It is almost like Disney’s fifth major amusement park in Orlando. Every single time I visit there is a new attraction, restaurant or store so it keeps things exciting too. Of course, sampling all of the delectable food is one of my favorite things to do at Disney Springs. Plan a day or a week to sample treats at some of my favorite spots in Disney Springs

Enjoy these sweet treats for dessert or snack!

Disney Springs Desserts

(1) Amorette’s Patisserie

Even if you don’t buy anything, Amorette’s Patisserie is worth a visit. The entire bakery is impressive. In addition to a large selection of sweet treats, they also have sandwiches, crepes and beverages. It is a great place to pick up a treat for a special celebration as they have fun character cakes and more. You can also see the Disney cast members decorating many of the desserts. During the holiday season, they have an entire holiday village made out of gingerbread, chocolate and desserts. It’s impressive and should not be missed!

The Mickey Mousse and Dancing with Pavlova desserts are my favorite items from Amorette’s Patiesserie, but you really can’t go wrong with any of them.

(2) Aristocrepes

Sweet crepes are always a good idea! Artisocrepes is a tasty stop on the path between The Lego Store and Rainforest Cafe. The Banana Chocolate Hazelnut Crepe is my favorite but I also love the Strawberries and Cream. Even the savory crepes are satisfying when you need a bite to eat. Artistocrepes has more limited hours than some of my other favorite sweet spots so make sure to check out their hours before planning a visit.

(3) Ghiradelli Ice Cream & Chocolate Shop

Ghiradelli Ice Cream & Chocolate Shop is a classic. You can always smell the melted chocolate and homemade ice cream. I wouldn’t be surprised if Disney pumps the scent of ice cream shop into the air around Disney Springs. It always smells so good and the ice cream shop is home to some of my favorite ice cream sundaes.

You can’t go wrong with any of them. Don’t forget to stop by the chocolate shop next door to sample their chocolate too!

(4) Sprinkles

The first time I tried a Sprinkles cupcake was at Disney Springs. They are worth the indulgence! My favorite flavors are Strawberry and the Banana. They also have tasty cookies and ice cream. You can visit in-store or use the famous Sprinkles cupcake ATM to grab and cupcake quickly. The atm is located to the right of the entrance.

(5) The Ganachery

If I had to pick just one spot to grab a sweet treat, it would be The Ganachery. It’s a small little shop near the Boathouse. But don’t let its small size fool you. This little shop is packed with chocolate goodness. The chocolates are elegant, sophisticated and so delicious. I don’t ever leave Disney Springs without stopping here. The chocolates make great gifts so be sure to stop in!

(6) Goofy’s Candy Company

We never visit Walt Disney World without a stop at Goofy’s Candy Company. It is the ultimate Disney candy store with everything from chocolate covered apples to cupcakes, fudge and more. My personal favorite are the Mickey ear rice krispies covered in chocolate and m&ms. Save some for me, please!

(7) Vivoli il Gelato

One a hot day, Vivoli il Gelato is the perfect spot to grab a sweet treat. I always stop in for their speciality flavor and then walk down across the street to watch the Amphicars drive in and our of the water next to the Boathouse. It’s such a fun and unique experience!

(8) Joffrey’s Tea Traders Cafe

Joffrey’s coffee and tea is sold throughout Walt Disney World but Tea Traders Cafe at Disney Springs offers unique Disney latte art. They also have the largest and most decadent cinnamon roll donuts (pictured at the top of this post). Both are equally delicious and uniquely Disney.

(9) Gideon’s Bakehouse

Gideon’s Bakehouse at Disney Springs is one of the newest spots to grab a sweet treat. Gideon’s is well known for it’s amazing cookies weighing a half of a pound each. The cookies are soft in the middle with a crispy outer layer topped with a bunch of chips. We love the classic Chocolate Chip cookie, but the Peanut Butter and Double Chocolate flavors are favorites too. You really can’t go wrong with any of their cookies.

In addition to cookies, Giddeon’s Bakehouse also offers cakes and cold brew. The bakehouse is incredibly popular but the shop is small. As a result, there is often a wait. However, you can visit the shop, enter a virtual queue and come back when you’re able to enter. They will send you a text when your spot is ready so you can shop and dine around Disney Springs while you wait.

The best time to visit Gideon’s Bakehouse for a short wait is either first thing in the morning or early afternoons during the early part of the week. While I highly recommend a visit to the Disney Springs location, if you’re not able to wait, you can visit their original location at East End Market in Orlando. You can even preorder cookies at the East End Market location so you are guaranteed cookies.

There is a limit of six cookies per customer, but I highly recommend trying the cake and cold brew too.

(10) Everglazed Donuts and Cold Brew

If you’re looking for a sugar rush, then Everglazed Donuts and Cold Brew is the place to be. This donut shop opened in 2021 and offers classic donuts in addition to donuts stuffed and topped with all kinds of sweets. The flavors change seasonally so be sure to stop by anytime you visit Disney Springs.

(11) Dole Whip at Marketplace Snacks

You should never leave Walt Disney World without enjoying a dole whip. This light and refreshing pineapple frozen treat is found throughout Disney property, and Disney Springs is no exception. This treat is especially refreshing on hot days.

Head over to Marketplace Snacks for a dole whip and even try dole whip nachos!
