Mixed berry salad ingredients

  • Strawberries
  • Blackberries
  • Blueberries
  • Fresh Mint
  • Lemon Juice or Lime Juice
  • Honey or Agave

Whisk together honey and fresh lemon juice in a large mixing bowl. You can also use lime juice or agave, depending on your taste preference. Add the berries and mix well. Garnish with fresh mint leaves, as desired.

You can also use fresh raspberries in this salad but raspberries are softer so be careful not to crush them when mixing. The raspberries are best when serving immediately.
