As far as prep work goes, this recipe is fast! And it helps that you can set it and forget it while it cooks for two hours. If you need to speed the process up, try cooking on high for 30 minutes to an hour.

Yes you can! Just sub the cooked chicken for 2 cups of canned chicken. Make sure to drain the chicken beforehand. You’ll need about three 5 oz. cans of chicken to make 2 cups.

- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken breast
- 1 (8oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce (we use Frank's Red Hot)
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)
Lightly spray the crock of a slow cooker with cooking spray. Combine all ingredients in the crock and stir well to combine. Cook on low for 2 hours, until bubbly and melted.
Serve with crackers, chips, cooked bacon and/or vegetables.
